The Manjima Mohan starrer Malayalam remake of the Bollywood movie Queen is released alongside the 3 other regional languages remake of the Hindi film Queen in different languages respectively, which includes, in Tamil as Paris Paris with the beautiful actress Kajal Aggarwal, That Is Mahalaxmi in Telugu with Tamannaah Bhatia in the lead role.
The Kannada version of Queen is also released as Butterfly with the Sandalwood actress Parul Yadav in lead role.
