Well, the Indian author, Munshi Premchand, was born as Dhanpat Rai Shrivastava, on the 31st July 1880, and he died on the 8th October 1936.

Well, the author, Dhanpat Rai Shrivastava, is better known by his pen name Munshi Premchand, and he was very prominent, for his modern Hindi-Urdu literature.

We all count, the Indian author, Munshi Premchand Ji, as one of the most and amongst the most, celebrated writers of the modern Indian subcontinent.

He is also considered as one of the most foremost Hindi writers of the early twentieth century. He started, his career, as an author, with under the pen name “Nawab Rai”, but subsequently, he accepts and declared, the name, “Premchand”, as his pen name.

Well, as per Wikipedia, it is the world, Munshi is being an honorary prefix. He is regarded as a novel writer, story writer, and dramatist, and we all address him as the “Upanyas Samrat” (“Emperor among Novelists”) by writers.
