The sequel to 2016 hit Happy Bhag Jayegi, Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi, is all set to release on this August. Before the release, the makers have launched the theatrical trailer of the movie Happy Phirr Bhaag Jayegi.

at the same time as, Diana Penty, Jimmy Shergill, Ali Fazal, Abhay Deol and Piyush Mishra is all set to reprise their roles, actor Sonakshi Sinha and Punjabi actor-singer Jassie Gill are the new editions to this comical drama.

The movie Happy Bhag Jayegi was about the adventures of Happy’s (Diana Penty) post she escaped with her musician boyfriend Guddu (Ali Fazal) but somehow she accidentally reaches to Pakistan.

The narration of 2016 is touted as the situational comedy, which is anything to go by, the sequel to it might also tickle UR funny bones and might the movie will be also impressed the movie makers.

Before releasing the trailer, promos of the movie features, Diana Penty and Jimmy Shergill in lead roles and both Diana and Jimmy in their elements.

But Later, a motion poster introducing Sonakshi as the lead role and it seems like in the sequel, Sonakshi just overshadowed Diana Penty but it will be yet to see whether fans like Sonakshi Sinha or Diana Penty more in the movie Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi in the title role.

Talking about the film, Diana had already said to the media house, PTI, “If you like the first one, you will also like the second one. It’s the same space. It is funny, crazy and sweet. It’s a joyride. It is funnier than the first one. It feels good that a film is good enough for the makers to consider a part two. I feel proud when I think of that.”
