TODAY, WE ALL ARE celebrating the National Doctor’s Day, which is a very special day, and as per the name goes on, the day, National Doctor’s Day, is completely, dedicates to the work and the profession doctor, which I think, one of the noble profession, ever, is we are having.
Well, the day, National Doctor’s Day, is observe and celebrate, in the India, vice versa, in the globe too, in the memory of the Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy MRCP, FRCS; who was born on this date, 1st July, and interestingly, he was also, left to the heavenly abode on this date, 1st July.
So, the National Doctor’s Day, we all celebrate, in the memory of the Bidhan Chandra Roy.

Well, the #Bidhan Chandra Roy, was a prominent, and a very important, Indian physician, educationist, philanthropist, freedom fighter and politician of the West Bengal, and also of India.

Well, Bidhan Chandra Roy was born on the 1st July 1882, who served the state, West Bengal, as served as the Chief Minister of West Bengal from 1948 till, his demise, 1962.
Well, Bidhan Roy is regarded as and often, we all consider him as a Maker of Modern West Bengal, because of his key role, in the founding of several institutions and five important and well-known cities, which is includes, Kalyani, Bidhannagar, Ashokenagar, Durgapur, and Habra.
It is, the very famous and the great man, #Bidhan Chandra Roy, was amongst the few people, who have been, obtained, simultaneously, both, F.R.C.S. and M.R.C.P. degrees, which is a big deal.
So, in India, 1st July, as observed and celebrates as the National Doctors’ Day, in the memory of the #Bidhan Chandra Roy.
He has been received, the very prestigious, Bharat Ratna on 4 February 1961, which is regarded and touted as India’s highest civilian honour, indeed, and certainly.
