Rajasthan PTET 2020 – New Date Announced | Download PTET ADMIT CARD
Rajasthan Pre Teacher Education Test (PTET) new date has been announced. It will be held next week. Candidates can easily download their PTET 2020 here. As per the official communiqué, Rajasthan PTET – 2020 will be conducted on Wednesday, 16th September, 2019, at various centers across Rajasthan.
Earlier, the said exam was slated to be held on August 16, 2020, but due to the outbreak of Coronavirus, it got postponed. More information regarding Rajasthan PTET Exam 2020 will be available on its official website PTET.IN shortly. This year, Government Dungar College, Bikaner, Rajasthan, has been entrusted with the responsibility of conducting the said test at the various allotted centers.
You can download the hall tickets and PTET admit card 2020 using this link. You can start downloading your examination hall tickets from tomorrow, 11th September onwards. All eligible candidates are required to carry their admit cards at the examination hall. Without hall ticket, candidates will be barred from writing the exam.
Why So Much Rush For Rajasthan PTET – 2020?
PTET is a state level entrance test conducted by the Rajasthan state government for four-year integrated BA-B.ED and BSC-B.ED (Graduation courses) and a 2-year professional B.Ed program.
If you wish to be a teacher, and already passed +2, then you should appear for this entrance test. Once qualified, you can then study the four-year integrated Bachelor and B.Ed degrees at any of the allotted colleges based on your qualified merits and rank at PTET. You will receive both your undergraduate and B.Ed degree after four years. Thus, it saves precious one year of aspirant teachers.
Graduation-passed candidates can straightway take admission to B.ED (2 years) course based on their merits at Rajasthan PTET. Any graduate candidates with 50% marks in aggregate at their Master’s or Bachelor’s degree program from any varsities can apply for a two-year B.ED program through PTET.
How To Download My Rajasthan PTET Admit Card
- Log on to the official website PTET.IN.
- Enter your name, father’s name and mother’s name.
- Now, type your date of birth using its unique drop down-menu.
- And finally, you have to enter your roll code, program details, etc.
- Once your admit card is displayed, please take a print out of the same.
Note: Possession of only valid printed admit card is admissible into the examination hall.
PTET- 2020 is a competitive entrance test in an objective type format. There will four options for each of the questions. Candidates will have to choose the right answer only. Questions will be mostly related to English, General Awareness, Teaching Aptitude, Mathematics and Reasoning. However, exam patterns may vary. Students are advised to consult the official website for any queries.
The Result Announcement
Within a few weeks after PTET – 2020, its results will be made available online. All candidates will be positioned based on their ranks and marks secured. Soon, online counseling sessions will be held to gauge the candidate’s communication and interpersonal skills.
Only those candidates who successfully pass both the written test and counseling session will eventually get admission into any of the allotted B.Ed colleges in Rajasthan for the undergraduate BA/BSC-B.Ed course or B.Ed professional program.
