Is It What A Dream Job Look Like?

Sometimes, I wonder what difference I would make if I were an entrepreneur. Well, to be honest, I strive to be a one-of-a-kind business owner—someone who will be 100% hardcore professional but knows well where to draw the line. Professionalism is good, but not at the cost of employees’ welfare.

I wish to run a company that will be 100% employee-centric. Having said that, it doesn’t mean I am behaving like a ‘Utopian’ or thinking of something that is ‘impossible to achieve,’ but all great things were once conceived as a dream.

I don’t want to drag it further. Here’s what I want to implement in my future office—obviously, at present, I don’t harbour any such dream. And trust me, it’s just my daydream because as long as I am within the working age or before I reach 65, entrepreneurship is out of my focus.

What will I do differently than others as an entrepreneur?

*It will be four days a week (Monday to Thursday).

*Each employee, whether a sweeper or top management, will get a total of 36 leaves (including 12 Period Leaves for girls & additional leaves for boys) in a year.

*All major religious holidays will be observed and will be full holidays.

*Approximately a total of 150–175 days will be working days.

*Friday to Sunday will be full holidays. No work whatsoever… clients and business can wait, but not the relaxing and family time of employees!

*Clients will be taken care of and given quality work, but if they create even minuscule problems or try to manoeuvre things their way, the contract will be rescinded.

*No urgent work will be done for clients, and they will have to give 2 days for it.

*Employees, on their part, shouldn’t give unrealistic commitments to clients.

*Communication should be transparent between all parties.

*Also, all employees will be given the liberty to follow ‘no-explanation leave policy.’ All they need to do is inform that they will be unavailable on that day… that’s it. No questions will be asked.

*Salary will be good, and the company will provide good career growth to all its employees.

*Strict adherence to gender equality, proper working conditions, and work-life balance will be maintained.

*Every talented person, be it from 18 to 80, can work at this office as long as they wish to.

Now, guys, as I already told you, this is just my daydream. So, you need not feel too pumped up after going through it. ✅😀

It will have offices across India, especially in Tier-2 state capitals. All educated and talented candidates will be encouraged to join, and the good thing is that no notice period will be applicable. If you want to leave any day, just give a resignation letter, and you will be paid up to that day—& may even receive a few extra days’ salary—so that you won’t have problems searching for new jobs.
