On this 10th February, 2019, we are ready to observe and celebrate the festival, Saraswati Puja, which is also known as the Vasant Panchami.
The festival, Vasant Panchami, is the 5th day of the lunar month of Magh, which is regarded as very pious and sacred day of the Hindu religion.

The word, Vasant Panchami is taken from the word, Vasant, means, Spring, the fav season of the Indians. On the Vasant Panchami we all worshipped, the Hindu deity, Maa Saraswati, who is regarded as the Goddess of study, education, creativity, music, dance and art, in short, the Hindu deity, Maa Saraswati, is the Goddess of the vision and creativeness.
Generally, all Hindus celebrate the festival Vasant Panchami, either in the late January, or in the early or middle February, sometimes we also, rejoice the Saraswati Puja in early March and the day Vasant Panchami is dedicated to the Goddess Saraswati strictly.

On 2019, we will rejoice the festival on the 10th Feb. Due to the festival, Vasant Panchami, is puja of the Goddess Saraswati, so mainly this carnival is celebrate by students and puja is observe by students of School and college.
In several, schools and college, this festival, Vasant Panchami, is being organized when students perform puja of the Maa Saraswati, so that Maa Saraswati will blessed them with good education and good future and career and as students, in the field of education, they can also witness success.
Some students also observe the Saraswati Puja, in their home, in which they perfrom puja in the front of either photo or idol of the Maa Saraswati. They also offer some Prasad to the Goddess, and burn incents sticks in front of them, offer diya and burnt the same.
On this occasion, girls generally, prefer to wear either yellow or the white color dress, as these 2 colors are said to be best colors of this festival anyway.
