AIC Management Trainee Jobs – 2025 | Freshers – 55 Posts | All Over India Posting | Salary Rs. 60,000
The good news for students and candidates preparing for government examinations! I recently came across the notification that AIC (Agriculture Insurance Company) has recently announced its notification for the above-mentioned posts.
Interestingly, at a time when there is so much unemployment all around and a constant threat of job security, getting into a government job can indeed be a satisfying experience, plus a big relief for candidates. Another good news is that candidates from any stream can apply for the job.
So, now that you have the basic information about the MT (Management Trainee) jobs available at AIC, New Delhi (a Government of India Enterprise), you have to buckle up your seat and go straight to your preparation strategy. Because I can tell you that preparing for any government job is really tough, and unless you give your 200% in preparation, it might be difficult for you to even crack the prelims—forget about the mains and interview.
For someone who has appeared for the AIC preliminary examination for the post of PO, I can tell you, it won’t be easy or a cakewalk for you. You have to answer in real quick time while the timer constantly runs on top of your computer screen, and you might feel anxious and overwhelmed throughout the examination period.

5-Step Routine to Prepare for AIC MT – 2025 Examination
Keep track of all essential information and world events from the last six months for General Knowledge.
Keep practicing reasoning. The level will be slightly higher than IBPS PO, but if you can crack seating arrangement, direction, and syllogism, you can crack it successfully.
For English, practice from a general English comprehension book. Bonus Tip: Just go through any grammar book from the first chapter to the last and see if you can answer the exercises. For the Descriptive section, you need to keep track of your English writing skills. I strongly advise you to read at least one English newspaper daily.
For professional papers, memorize essential concepts and keywords. The questions will likely be difficult, as they will be framed from the graduate level syllabus only!
For Mathematics or Quantitative Aptitude, practicing Class 7 or 8 Mathematics from any ICSE medium will be more than enough. Some major sections will be: factoring, commercial arithmetic, statistics, quadratic equations, and others.
Overall, the questions won’t be too tough to crack. But since it’s a government job examination, you can expect a humongous number of candidates appearing for merely 55 posts. So, it’s going to be a tough fight, and only those candidates who not just perform excellently but also practice well will eventually win the race.
Conclusion
Hopefully, I have answered all your queries. Just a word of advice—if you think you haven’t practiced enough or fear you won’t pass, I still recommend that you go for it and appear for the exam. So, don’t waste any time. You need to jump onto the bandwagon right away. Fill out the exam form, pay the necessary fees, and practice hard.
Just remember how Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma are putting everything into practice and working really hard in their sessions. You need to develop a similar fighting spirit for this tough exam. Rest assured, go ahead… I will salute each one of you because appearing for this exam is a bold step in itself.
