On the last Wednesday, Irrfan Khan, Dulquer Salmaan’s movie Karwaan theatrical trailer, is out which is well received by the audiences’ anyway.

The movie Karwaan is touted as a proper comeback movie of the actor Irrfan Khan and the movie Karwaan is also regarded as the Bollywood debutant of the Malayali actor Dulquer Salmaan and the newcomer Mithila Palkar.

The story of the movie Karwaan is like this, on a usual work day, Avinash (played by Dulquer) received a call about his father, who is on a visit to Gangotri. The caller informs him that his father has already died and his dead body is now sending to his son Dulquer Salmaan.


Now He became friends with a man called Shaukat, the role essayed by the actor Irrfan, who helps him collect his father’s remains. Much to Dulquer’s consternation, when they get to the ‘body’, he discovers that the coffin contains the body of an old woman and this was not the body of his father.

Now Dulquer Salmaan discovered that he has to go to Kochi, to collect his father’s body but on his way to Kochi, Dulquer received a call from a missing girl’s mother, who wants him to help her to find her missing daughter.

The girl, Tanya (played by Mithila) has gone missing from her college in Ooty. Enroute to Kochi, Avinash and Shaukat, must now take a diversion to Ooty in order to search and to check the missing girl.

The movie Karwaan is all about the story of a travel and journey of 2 men with a vital purpose which features, Dulquer Salmaan and Irffan Khan in the lead roles.

Karwaan is touted as a dark comedy and that revolves around ‘dead bodies’. The film has been helmed by Akarsh Khurana. A travel film, Karwaan actually helps three lost souls to come in terms with their lives via this travel and journey.

The movie come is produced by Ronnie Screwvala which is all set to hit theaters on this August 3.
