India is all set to observe and celebrate the festival, Vishu, (Malayalam: Viṣu, Tulu: Bisu), which is the New Year Hindu carnival, which rejoices in the whole, Indian, especially, in Kerala, mainly, among the Keralites community.
The above-mentioned carnival, Vishu, is also celebrating the diaspora communities of Kerala; in short, this one is very special, prominent and popular festival of India anyway.
The carnival follows the solar cycle of the lunisolar which is regarded as the first day of the month called Medam. So, the day is most of the time and falls in the middle of April as per the Gregorian calendar and we celebrate the festival, on 14th April, and this year on 2019, we shall celebrate the festival, Vishu, on the 14th April, 219.
The term, Vishu is exactly standing for the equal, and regarding the festival, it is the completion of the spring equinox.
The carnival is notable for its solemnity and the festival is all about having family time together and making colorful and delicious dishes.
The Malayali people have seen blessings from the Lord on this festival, and on the Vishu, they worship the image of the Lord Vishnu, which is typically appeared as the Krishna.
People also visit temples like SabarimalaAyyappan Temple or Guruvayur Sree Krishna temple or Kulathupuzha Sree BaalaShastha Temple on this day, on the early morning as per the Wikipedia.
