Cabbage: 1 Small Cabbage
Cauliflower: 1 medium-sized cauliflower
Boiled Peas: Half Cup
Beans: 100 gram
Onion: 2 Big-Sized Onions
Garlic: 1 big
White Flour: 1 cup
Baking Soda: ¼ tea spoonful
Salt: as per taste
Turmeric Powder: 1 tea spoonful
Red Chilli powder: 1 tea spoonful
Coriander powder: 1 tea spoonful
Coriander leaves: Few fresh pieces
Green Chillies: 5-6 pieces
Olive Oil: 1 Cup
Garam Masala Powder: 2 table spoonful
Cooking Procedure of a Delicious Vegetable Parantha
Cut all vegetables into julana pieces. Then sprinkle all masalas as given above.
Also include garam masala into it.
Then take one bowl add white flour, salt and baking soda.
Mix all vegetables into the bowl. Make a batter of it. Mash it well
Add oil into a pan.
Now take batter in your fork and put into oil in a medium size (round chapatti shape) and fry well both sides. Gas should be kept at low flame.
When both sides are fried well then put it down.
Serve it hot with Dhania and Pudina chutney or curd.
Take it as a breakfast or lunch or dinner, you will love it very much.
