Cooking Procedure of a Delicious Date and Tamarinds Chutney

Soak the seedless tamarinds and date in 2 different bowls with water for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, put a pan on your gas stove.

Pour one tablespoon of oil in the pan.

Now, add the seedless dates to the pan with the water.

When the dates are boiled properly, add tamarind to it with a little chilli flesh.

Also, add 2 tablespoon of sugar into it along with a little salt.

Now, stir it will until the tamarinds and date completely mixes with each other.

When date and tamarinds are properly mixed, add sugar syrup in it.

When it turns little dense, your scrumptious chutney is ready.
