Nagma made her acting debut with the Hindi, film Baaghi: A Rebel for Love, opposite Salman Khan but this film did not, unfortunately, bring her success in the Bollywood.

She made her acting debut in the South Indian films; with the Telugu film Peddintalludu, afterward, of this movie, Nagma managed to prove her one of the most Talented South Indian Actresses 90’s, with the series of her successful Deccan movies.

Like Nagma, her younger sister Jyothika also was one of the most successful and Talented South Indian Actresses 90’s. Jyothika, made her acting debut with the Tamil film Vaali, for which she received a number of awards, like, female debut actress category.

From 1999 to 2007 Jyothika was the busiest actress of the Ta mil and Telugu films, then she tied the knot with the Tamil superstar Suriya and she became a complete housewife.

In 2015 with Rosshan Andrews’ 36 Vayadhinile, Tamil remake of Malayalam movie How Old Are You, starring Manju Warrier, Jyothika made comeback to the Tamil cinema.

Vinaya Prasad

Although Vinaya Prasad made her acting debut in 1988, she rose to fame in Kannada cinema in the 90s era.

The versatile actress then b became a popular South Indian actress, and she is fondly known for her role as Sreedevi in 1993 hit Malayalam movie Manichithrathazhu, when she worked opposite the living legend Mohanlal.

Shalini

Shalini turns out to be one of the most Successful & Talented South Indian Actresses 90’s, in the Malayalam movies. She made her acting debut with the Malayalam film, Ente Mamattikkuttiyammakku (1983) as a child artiste.

Afterward, she became the heroine of the South Indian films, she did a numerous number of the hit films in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada.

She won the National Film Award for Best Actress twice, one for her performances in the psychological film, Manichitrathazhu (1993) and another is for her experimental drama, Mitr, My Friend (2001).
