Capsicum 2 or 3
Carrot – 2
Baking Powder – 2 teaspoonful
Cheese – 500 gram
Food soda – 1 teaspoonful
Green Chilli – 4-5
Onion – 2 round full sizes
Butter – 150 gram
Garlic one – 1 full size
Turmeric Powder 1 teaspoonful
Red chili 2 teaspoonful
Coriander Powder 1 teaspoonful
Black paper – as per taste
Coriander leaves – one bowl
First grind cheese, all vegetables’ like capsicum, onion, garlic, coriander leaves, green chili, and carrot.
Now switch on the gas and put a cooking pan there. When the cooking pan will be turning warm pour oil on it.
When the oil will turn hot, put an entire grind vegetable and fry it for a while.
Now add some turmeric powder, salt as per taste, black paper, coriander powder and red chili powder. Now mixes the same on the vegetable and cook it in the medium flame.
Then increase the flame and fry the vegetable with the masala which will look like vegetable stuffing.
When the vegetable will be done, switch off the gas and keep the entire vegetable stuffing on a plate.
Now you need to make doe of White flour so mixes it with milk, salt, black paper, soda, baking powder and now you need to add egg mixes on it but you should mix the egg before pouring it to the White flour.
Now mixes it properly and prepress a doe for the same. Now pour vegetable oil into the cooking pan by switching on the gas. Oil should be sufficient in the pan and also make small size ball with the doe of White flour.
Now make a roti (Chapatti) 10-11 inch in size with the ball of White flour.
Now apply butter over the roti. Now keep the vegetable stuffing over the roti in its middle center in vertical form.
Now fold it with help of butter and stick it. Now fry it after the oil will turn proper hot. Now your cheese patties are ready to serve it with salsa.

Method to prepare salsa
First, grind the entire above vegetable and now keep it in a pot.
Note: This cuisine is the spicy one.
Now apply salt and black paper on the same with some lemon juice and olive oil.
