Method to prepares Rehu Fish Green Curry
First wash the Rehu fish properly and wash it with water. Now keep the rehu fish in the fridge for 30 minutes after deep it with some salt, turmeric powder, and lemon juice.
Now firstly blanch the spinach, and make the pure of the spinach with all masala like coriander leaves, and add green chili paste, ginger paste, garlic paste and onion paste.
Now switch on the gas and put a cooking pan on it and pour mustard oil on the same to let it hot. Now you need to fry the rehu fish after you will bring out the fish from the lemon juice and after mixing turmeric powder and salt on the same.
Fry the rehu fish till the fish will be turned into light brown color. Now drain the fish from the mustard oil and keep it aside. Now in fresh mustard oil firstly put garlic paste on it and jeera seed.
Now put onion paste on it and the blench spinach. Now put the masala on it like, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt as per taste, Kashmiri Mirch powder and add some sprinkled sugar too. Now fry the masala properly till the oil will be coming out.
And when the oil will be coming out add half cup water on the same and now add the chopped tomato on the masala to fires it for while.
Now add some water to the masala and now slowly put the fish fry on it and mixes the masala properly with the fish. Just do it in soft flame and after fish will be mixed with the masala properly add one cup water on it and cover it to cook for 5-10 minutes.
When the fish and the water will be boiling together properly adds Garam masala powder on it and covers it to cook for another 5 minutes.
Now Rehu Fish Green Curry is done so before switching offing the gas put some green chili on it and after switch off the gas keep the Rehu Fish Green Curry in gas for the standing mode. You can serve it with hot steam basmati rice.
