Stuffed Paneer Poori
Paneer: 200 gram (Grated)
Ginger: 25 gram (Grated)
Green Chillies: 10 pieces (chopped)
Cumin Seed: 1 teaspoon
Black Salt as per taste
White salt: as per taste
White flour: 500 gram
Refine: 500 gram
Curd: 2 tablespoon
Baking powder: 1 tablespoon ful
Food soda: 1 tablespoonful.
Chopped coriander leaves.
First take a bowl.
Put white flour, curd, food soda, baking powder, white salt and refine into it.
Adding little water, make a dough of it. Keep it aside covering with a clean plate.
Now take another bowl and add grated paneer, Cumin seed, black salt and white salt (as per need), chopped gingers, chopped coriander leaves and chopped green chillies. Mix these well.
Now take a different pan and add 8 tablespoons of refine oil to it. Let the oil to heat.
Now make little-little dough balls from the dough that you already prepared in the first step.
You will have to now stuff the paneer inside those dough balls, and roll these properly in the shape of pooris.
Stuffed Paneer Poori is Ready
Now, fry the pooris one by one in heated oil.
When the pooris are properly fried then keep them in a fresh plate and serve them hot with sauce and “aalu ki sabji” .
