500 gram Paneer

2 Tablespoonful corn flour

4 white potato

Jeera powder paste

Dhania powder paste

Kashmiri Mirch 1 teaspoonful

Turmeric powder 1 teaspoonful

Black paper powder 1 teaspoonful

Salt as per taste

1 cup cashew nut paste

Fresh cream half cup

Green chili chopped

Ginger chopped

Coriander leaves chopped

Tomato chopped


Refine oil

Bay leaves

Garam masala powder 1 teaspoonful

Firstly boil the potato and peel its cover off. Now you need to grate the Paneer.

Now take the potato in a bowl and mixes it with some salt. Now add the grated Paneer on the Potato mixes and mixes it with the potato properly. Add green chili, ginger and coriander chopped on it and add as per taste salt to mixes it well again.

Now mixes the corn flour with some water and sprinkle salt and keep it aside. Now you need to make round small ball with the Paneer and potato mixes and deep it on the cornflower mixes to fry it in oil.

Now after the friend of the Paneer ball will be done you need to drain it dries from the oil. And now in fresh oil, you need to cook the recipe.

In the hot oil means when the oil will turn hot add some Jeera seed or bay leaves on the same. Now add the chopped tomato and ginger paste with cumin paste, coriander paste, turmeric powder, Kashmiri meerch salt as per taste, sprinkle sugar and black paper powder.

Now mixes the masala well with a half cup of water. When Masala will be fries you need to add the cashew nut paste on the same and mixes it. Now add one cup more water on the same.

When the water will be boiling add the paneer ball on the same to mixes it well. Before switching off the gas you need to add the garam masala and ghee on the Paneer kofta recipe when the paneer ball will boil the masala.

Now you Paneer Kofta is done so you can garnish the same with fresh cream and twice green chill. You can serve the same with rice or Parantha.
