Guys and girls, you must have tasted omelet but today I am teaching you all a new French style omelet recipe. Try it now.


Eggs: 4 Pieces

Onion: Julliana 1 piece

Garlic and Ginger Paste: 1 tablespoon

Mushroom: 4-5 pieces

Capsicum: In three colors; Red, Yellow and green

Beans: 4-5 pieces

Green Chillies: 2 pieces chopped

Salt: as per taste

Lemon: for garnishing

Baby tomatoes: 2-3 pieces

Butter: 2 table spoon

Kashmiri Mirch: 1 teaspoon

Black Pepper: 2 tablespoon

Coriander Leaves: for garnishing

Tomato Sauce: 2 Tea spoon

Soya Sauce: 2 tablespoon

Cooking Procedure

Take two eggs and mix them in a bowl removing its outer cover.

Now, Sprinkle black pepper and salt to it along with Jullliana onions.

Cut three colorful capsicums in julliana shaped removing their seeds.

Also, cut the mushroom and beans in smaller shapes.

Repeat it for baby tomatoes too. And sprinkle Kashmiri chilli powder over it and mix all the vegetables thoroughly.

Now, add 2 tablespoon of butter to a pan.

Add julliana onions to it and sauté it pouring the ginger and garlic paste over it.

Now add tomato sauce to it along with 2 table spoon soya sauce too.

Fry it for a few minutes and add all vegetables to it.

Now, add little water to it along with salt.

Boil these vegetables for a few minutes and then keep this pan aside.

Now, take another pan and add butter to it.

Prepare omelet with the eggs.

Stuff the vegetables inside omlette and add julliana onion and small pieces tomatoes to it  and then fold it properly.

Your French-styled Omelet is Ready

Put the stuffed omelet in a plate with sauce and toast.

Serve it hot. You can garnish it with lemon and coriander leaves.
