Bhagat Singh is regarded as the socialist revolutionary and freedom fighter who was hanged at the age of 23 by the British government for dramatic violence against the English rule.
This 23rd March is rejoiced and celebrated as Martyrs’ Day in the whole nation India in order to give honor to the great freedom fighter Bhagat Singh, and this date was the day when Bhagat Singh was hanged.
On March 23, 1931, Bhagat Singh was hanged alongside his associates Sukhdev Thapar and Shivaram Rajguru because the trio did an assassination of 21-year-old British police officer John Saunders.

The bombs were actually was not harmful, they did this only to create a loud noise in the front of Britishers and eventually, both of them surrendered themselves to the English police.
In the interior of jail, Bhagat Singh and his acquaintances went on a hunger strike to protest against the discrimination Britishers used to did with the Indian prisoners.
Jatin Das, who has actually manufactured the bombs which were dropped in the legislative assembly, died in 1929. The hunger strike was then called off after the sad demise of Jatin Das.
Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev, and Rajguru were hanged to death 11 hours before the actual time declared by the English Govt and the trio was executed because Saunder’s murder case was proved in the names of them.
Chandra Shekhar Azad was also having a surprise attack in a park in Uttar Pradesh where he committed suicide in order to safeguard himself from the English people and he was only having one bullet post he had a firing fight with the British police.
