Learn how to prepare sweet-sour grated mango papad chutney. It is a very delicious dish in summer. Also, it is full of carbo hydrates and good for health too.
Grated Mangoes: 500 gram
Sugar: 4 Cup
Salt: As per taste
Aam Papad: 1 bundle
Ginger: minced 25 gram
Lemon Juice- 2 tablespoon.
Cooking Procedure Of this Delicious Dessert
First grate the mangoes removing their seeds.
Put a pan on your gas stove adding 1 tablespoon of refine oil into it.
Now, put all grated mangoes into the pan along with minced ginger.
Stir the grated mangoes in the pan well adding sugar and salt as per taste.
Now, sauté it for a few minutes.
Add two tablespoon of lemon juice over it.
Again stir it frequently.

Now, cut aam papad in small julliana shapes.
Add it to the pan with raisins.
Stir it for a few moments with cardamom powder.
