On the day of the auspicious festival, we all people wake up in the early morning and then we take shower and make sure to clean our entire house properly, specially, the Puja room, so that when the Lord Ganesha will arrive, he will happy to see our clean home.

Then we will perform the Lord Ganesha Puja, and offer the Lord, some Prasad and offering, which is includes, Laddoo, Frutis, Flowers, Aggarbatti, mostly, Modak, the most important offering for the Lord Ganesha.

The festival Ganesh Jayanti is very similar to the festival Ganesh Utsav which is take place generally; in the months of August and September and the Magha Ganesh Jayanti is take place in the month of February.

All Hindu people also visit temples of the Lord Ganesha on the day of the festival Ganesh Jayanti and indeed it is a big festival and celebration in the India.
