Well, the Hindu festival, Janmashtami is touted and regarded as one of the most sacred and one of the most pious Indian festivals, ever.

Well, it is the Hindu festival, Janmashtami, amongst the most crucial Hindu festival, is observed and celebrated, in the whole nation, with massive sacred hearts, to mark the birth of Lord Krishna, whom we all consider as an avatar of the Lord Vishnu anyway.

So, no wonder, why, the festival, Janmashtami, is also known as widely, Krishna Janmashtami, and this year, on 2019, we all will celebrate the festival, Krishna Janmashtami, on Saturday, 24th August 2019, in the whole India.

The Hindu festival, Krishna Janmashtami, is also sometimes, known as the Gokulashtami, is celebrated in the whole nation, with the massive enthusiasm and zeal, and  in this festival, Gokulashtami, which is something, very common, is that all devote, offer puja and prayer, to the Lord Krishna idol, in order to seek blessings from the God.

The festival, Janmashtami, is an annual Hindu festival, which rejoices and observed in August, in the whole, nation, and in the whole world, vice versa.

The festival, Janmashtami, is mainly celebrated and observed by the Hindu people and by the devotes, by observing fast, dancing and singing, praying in the group and mutually, preparing and sharing special food, sweets, besides, also visiting Lord Krishna or the Lord Vishnu temples.

Some of the famous and the important, the Lord Krishna temples organize recitation of Bhagavata Purana and Bhagavad Gita, which is regarded and consider as a very sacred gesture to follow, on the festival, called, the Krishna Janmashtami, undeniably.

Anyway, in South India, the festival is celebrated as the name, Gokula Ashtami (Janmashtami or Sri Krishna Jayanti) which is also marks, the birthday celebration of Lord Krishna.

And the festival, Gokulashtami, certainly, is rejoicing, with the massive and the great fervor in South India, also.
