Khaskhas 100 gram
Potato 6 cut into pieces square in medium
Green chili paste 2 spoonful
Ginger paste 1 teaspoonful
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoonful
Kashmiri Mirch 1 teaspoonful
Salt as per taste
Sugar little bit

First cut the potato and wash it properly.
Now put a cooking pan on the gas stove to pour some oil into the cooking pan.
When the oil will turn hot fries the potato on it with some turmeric powder and salt.
Then after the potato will be fries then keep it aside after drawing it from the oil.
Now you need to make the paste of Khaskhas with some green chili and ginger but before that soak the Khaskhas in water for at least half an hour.
Now pour oil into a cooking pan and let the oil to be warm.
Now put Panch Phoran, Bay leaf, Saboot red chili 2 now when the little aroma will be coming output the Khaskhas paste on the water. Now fries the Khaskhas paste for while and add some means half cup water and turmeric powder, Kashmiri Mirch, salt and sugar on it.
Then fries the masala for while and add the potato on it to mix with the masala properly.
Mixes potato properly with the Khaskhas masala in the cooking pan and cook it with some water till the potato will be boiling properly.
When the potato will be boil properly then the red color will be coming out from the recipe and oil will be also coming out which means now your Khaskhas Potato Sabzi is done.
Before turning the gas switch of add some green chili on the Sabzi of potato Khaskhas and before that cut the green chili into half pieces. Afterward, you will put the green chili one aroma will be coming out to gives your recipe a lavish outlook.
