This is the International Happiness Day, a United Nations consider it as the universal holiday. The importance of the day is considered as when UN is working toward to bring happiness in peoples’ lives. Ever since 2011, the UN has requested “a more inclusive, equitable and balanced approach to economic growth that promotes the happiness and well-being of all peoples”.
According to its website, Monday is considered as best day to celebrate happiness. And this day 20th March to 21st March is consider the best day to celebrate the International Happiness Day.
Whether it’s petting a fluffy dog, wearing a comfy sweater or whether we are enjoying coffee. Anything which will bring happiness in our lives can be considered as happiness and those kinds of stuff also marked the celebration of the International Happiness Day.
So this Monday to observe International Happiness Day and the day is also considered as the Monday Motivation.
