While you may have already planned a fantastic holiday fiesta on the New Year’s Eve but I am herewith sharing a beautiful dish for you all. It’s called “Garlic Chicken Recipe”. In a nutshell, this awesome dish is a relish for all non-vegetarians. One thing is sure that this dish will enhance the level of ecstacy on New Year.
Boneless chicken 1kg
Garlic: 2 Big
Red chili Powder:
Butter: 100 gram
Tomato Puree: 1 cup
Ginger paste: 1 tea spoon
Salt: as per taste
Black pepper: A little bit
Elaichi (Cardamom): 4-5 pieces
Dalchini (Cinnamon): 4 Pieces
Laung (Cloves): 5-6 Pieces
Lemon Juice: Half Cup
Cooking Methodology In Few Easy Steps
Take a bowl and add vinegar along with boneless chicken to marinate it for a few minutes.
Now take a pan over gas stove. Add 2 spoonful of butter and a few pieces of big Cardamoms and garlic in it – let it sauté.
Add the boneless chicken, salt (as per taste), a tablespoonful of ginger paste, red chili powder and 1 cup of tomato puree in the pan and fry for some time.
When the fresh aroma comes out add half cup of water and 1 tea spoon of black pepper. Also don’t forget to add garam masala and fry it in slight flames. Switch off the gas stove after 5 minutes. Your awesome Garlic Chicken is ready.
Garnishing Your Garlic Chicken
Now garnish the dish with lemon juice and coriander leaves and green chili. Your tasty dish is ready now. You can eat it with fresh chapatti and rice. Prepare this mind blowing dish this New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day and I am sure that you will love it for sure.
