2 Big fine cutting onions
1 Half teaspoonful garlic paste
1 Teaspoonful ginger paste
1 Full cup tomato puree
1 Teaspoonful cumin powder
1 Teaspoonful coriander powder
1 Teaspoonful red chilli powder
Half teaspoonful Kashmiri Mirch powder for colour
1 Teaspoonful Garam Masala powder
1 Teaspoonful turmeric powder
Coriander leaves a little bit of handful
3 or 4 green chilli cut
Half cup fresh cream
1 Bottle mustard oil
A little bit sugar
Salt should be as per your taste
Processing to the yummy prepares eggs curry:
First, boil the eggs
Then pill off the cover of the eggs and then cut eggs little bit round corner don’t cut it totally. By doing this air of the eggs will be coming out and this is the necessary thing we need to do while making eggs curry.
But remember you should not totally cut the eggs, you just need to use the knife for a while over the Eggs.
Then mixes salt and turmeric powder properly. Then need to fry it light brown on oil.
Off course you need to switch on the gas and need to fry it on a cooking bowl.
Then side the fried eggs and keep it in a bowl after bringing out from the oil of the cooking pan.
Then you need to keep the cooking pan in gas.
Then pour mustard oil there in the pan. And let it warm.
Then fried the onion slices which you have already cut finely, then you need to fry it and don’t forget to sprinkle some sugar on it. The fry of onion should be light brown.
Then mixes garlic and ginger paste and mixes it properly for a while.
When the aroma will be coming out we need Masala to add. Like coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Kashmiri Mirch powder, and tomato to fry it properly.
Add a half cup water while frying the Masala and when Masala will be fried properly and oil will be coming out.
We need to add the six eggs now. As per your taste, we need to add salt and Garam Masala too. Again we need to add half cup water.
Now let the eggs with water boil properly, and mixes it on the pan.
Then we need to switch off the gas when the water and Masala will be mixes with the Eggs properly.
Now keep it in a fresh bowl and eggs curry is almost done now but we need to do the garnishing.
Garnishing will be done with the fresh coriander leaves, fresh green chillies slice and a half cup of cream.
Now your delicious eggs curry is ready to serves.
The yummy eggs curry is done so you need to serves with hot steam rice or hot Paratha.
