The beloved country India paid homage on Friday to Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, he is fondly remembered as the ‘People’s President’ and the ‘Missile Man of India’ on his third death anniversary.

Dr APJ Abdul Kalam was Born on October 15, 1931, in Tamil Nadu’s Rameswaram, Dr APJ Kalam was also the 11th President of India between 2002 and 2007. Kalam, who had written a number of books and inspired millions with his very good his very good theory and philosophy of ‘simple living and high thinking’.

On the fateful day of July 27, 2015, in Shillong, Dr APJ Kalam,  suddenly died, because of the cardiac arrest while delivering a lecture at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM).

As an eminent scientist, educationist, author, visionary, philanthropist, and orator, Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam was a man of different hats in his life.

People Fondly called him as the ‘missile man’, he played a key role in the 1998 Pokhran-II nuclear tests. He has also associated with India’s space program and missile development program anyway.

After serving India as President, Kalam stays busy doing what he loved the most till he breathed his last – teaching.

last year in Tamil Nadu, In the honor of the late scientist and ‘People’s President’, Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India had inaugurated the APJ Abdul Kalam Memorial at Rameswaram.

He was honored with a number of the prestigious awards including India’s highest civilian honor “Bharat Ratna” in 1997.

He was very popular among the children and he always inspired all youngsters and youth of the nation.
