Prawn: 500 gram
Onion: 2 Pieces
Ginger: 25 gram
Green Chillies: 8-10 Pieces
Fresh Cream: Half a Cup
Cashew Nut: 50-Gram
Salt: As Per Taste
Sugar: As per taste
Ginger-Green Chillies Paste: 1 Tea Spoonful
Cumin Powder: 1 teaspoonful
Turmeric Powder: 1 teaspoonful
Red Chillies Powder: 1 teaspoonful
Coconut Milk: 1 Cup
Crushed Coconut: For garnishing purposes
Oil: 2 Tablespoon
Wash the Prawn carefully and take a pan.
Add 1 teaspoon of oil and shallow fry it. Don’t fry for more time or else it could turn sturdy.
Now add 1 tablespoonful of oil to the same pan. Add bay leaves, Cumin seed, and 3-4 green chilies.
When it gets shallow fried, add ginger, turmeric powder and green chili paste worth 1 teaspoon along with cumin and red chili powder and cashew nut paste. Now fry it well.
Adding half cup coconut milk – fry it properly. Once the “masala” is fried well add prawn into it. Add sugar and salt according to taste.
After 10 minutes switch off your gas and put the entire prawn curry into a bowl. Also add fresh cream, green chili after the fine cut, crushed coconut and fried cashew nut for garnishing purposes. Your Delicious Cashew Coconut Prawn Curry is ready now.
Serve it hot with basmati rice and lemon.
