Preparations of a special recipe “Carrot soup”:

  • First, we need to crush the carrot.
  • Then we need to take peas, corn, crush carrot, we need to boil it.
  • Then we need to collect it in a bowl and put it on gas to make it boil.
  • When it will be boiling properly we will collect the vegetables’ from the bowl as well as draw out the stack means vegetables hot water from the bowl.
  • Now we need to keep a cooking pan in gas then we need to give 2 tablespoonfuls of butter in the cooking pan.
  • Now we need to give chopped onion on it, then garlic and ginger paste with black paper powder along with Jeera (Coriander powder) and Dhania (Cumin Powder).
  • Now we need to fry this Masala (Spices) properly.
  • When Masala fries will be done you need to add 2 cups of tomato puree and you need to mix the stack on the same.
  • Now add the entire boil vegetables’ on this Masala (Spices) to mixes it properly.

  • Now add 2 cups of water on it and stir it well to keep it boil for at least 5-10 minute.
  • Now we need to mix here cornflour powder which will already mix well in lukewarm water.
  • Remember we need to do this process on the seam or low flame of the gas.
  • Now add salt there as per your taste.
  • And if you like you can add half teaspoonful sugar or sugar-free tablet.
  • Now your soup is ready you just need to stir lemon water on it with Jaljeera powder on over it to mixes it well.
  • Garnishing should be done by parsley or coriander leaves.
