Tomato puree: 1 cup
Ginger paste: 1 teaspoonful
Cashew nuts: few pieces for garnishing
Cooking Procedure Spicy Delicious Chicken with Cashew and Raisin:
Wash the chicken carefully
Marinate the chicken with little salt and curd. Keep it inside freeze for Half an hour.
Now switch on your gas and put a pan over it.
Add some bay leaves over it and sauté the onions.
Now add coriander powder with garlic and ginger paste.
Sprinkle some red chilli powder and add tomato puree and salt (according to taste) as well.
Fry it with half cup water until the stuff gets cooked properly.
When it gets fried properly add chicken pieces into it one by one.
Let it fry well again. After 2-3 minutes add 2 cup water and add shahi garam masala and Kasoori methi over it.
Cover the pan. After 5-6 minutes, when the masala is well mixed with the all chicken pieces, add cashew paste with raisins.
Stir it properly. After 2-3 minutes – switch off the gas.
Now, place the entire dish carefully in another bowl one by one.
Garnish it with fresh cream, few pieces cashew nuts, coriander leaves, parsely leaves and green chillies.
Serve it with Basmati rice or Parantha.
