Today it is third day of the Hindu festival, Chaitra Navratri, and on this day, we will worship, the 3rd form of the Durga Mata, known as Chandraghanta.
According, to the religion, Hinduism, the Mata Chandraghanta , is the 3rd form of Goddess Durga. The term, Chandraghanta, means, Chandra-Ghanta, means “one who has a half-moon shaped like a bell. Her third eye is always opened and she always ready for war against demons”.

We all worship her on the third day of the Hindu festival, Navaratri (the nine divine nights of Navadurga), whether it is, the Chaitra Navratri or the Sharada Navaratri.
As per believes, it is the Goddess, Chandraghanta, is blessed her devotes, with her grace, bravery and courage. By her grace all the sins, distresses, physical anguish, mental troubles and ghostly problems can be wipe away from the society, which is indeed, very crucial and important to delete from the society.
