Ladies fingers (Bhindi): 500 gram
Red Chillies powder: 2 tablespoon
Shahi Garam Masala: 1 teaspoonful
Salt: as per taste
Turmeric Powder: 1 tablespoon
Juliana Onion: 2 pieces
Mustard Oil: 1 cup
Cashew Paste: 2 Cup
Tomato pUree: 1 cup
Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
Ginger Paste: 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder: 1 teaspoonful
Garlic Paste: 1 teaspoonful
Kasoori Methi: 1 teaspoonful
Fresh cream: 1 cup for garnishing
Green Chillies: 4-5 pieces
Green Chillies paste: 1 teaspoon
Bay leaves: 2 pieces
Deggi Mirch powder: 2 teaspoonful
Coriander powder: 1 teaspoonful
Wash all Ladies Fingers (Okra or Bhindis) carefully. Cut Bhindis into half pieces each
Take a pan. Add 2 tablespoonful of mustard oil.
Now fry the bhindis carefully in the sim.
When all bhindis are softly fried, take them in a separate pan.
Let’s make its masala now
Pour 2 tablespoonful of oil again into a different pan.
Now add bay leaves, onions, and sauté it carefully.
Add garlic and ginger paste along with coriander, salt, turmeric and cumin powder to the masala. Add green chilli paste and deghi mirch powder also. Once the masala fried properly add half cup water to it and fry again so that it doesn’t get overcooked.
Now add tomato puree, cashew paste and garma masala into the masala. Fry well for a few minutes more.
When fresh aroma comes out, add all bhindis carefully one by one in to the pan. Fry it in such a manner that all masalas stick to the bhindis. Add kasuri methi and stir for five minutes.
Now put it down and garnish with fresh cream and green chillies.
