Let’s make its masala now

Pour 2 tablespoonful of oil again into a different pan.

Now add bay leaves, onions, and sauté it carefully.

Add garlic and ginger paste along with coriander, salt, turmeric and cumin powder to the masala. Add green chilli paste and deghi mirch powder also.  Once the masala fried properly add half cup water to it and fry again so that it doesn’t get overcooked.

When fresh aroma comes out, add all bhindis carefully one by one in to the pan. Fry it in such a manner that all masalas stick to the bhindis. Add kasuri methi and stir for five minutes.
